The telecom sector in our country has seen exponential growth in past few years, coupled with fierce competition and tariff wars. With shrinking revenues and swelling expenditure, even private telecom operators are finding themselves in red now-a-days.  

 We at MTNL, have better resources, and with proper efforts and dedication in the right direction, we can improve upon our financial situation. It is essential for us to provide better services technically, and a better customer relationship through all our customer touch points via Field Staff, Call centers, Sanchar Haat, Franchise, advertisements etc. Improved customer confidence and strengthening of our brand shall expand our customer base automatically in times to come.
